Making a withdrawal
You can make a withdrawal from the Withdraw page. Where possible we are required to send funds back to the payment method that was used to deposit the original funds.

Withdrawals process
You can make a withdrawal from the Withdraw page in the Members area. Where possible, all withdrawals are processed using the payment method that the funds were initially deposited from. We advise that you ensure your registered payment method is the method that you wish to withdraw to.
If it is not possible to withdraw funds using your deposit method, then we will process your withdrawal to your bank account using Bank Wire. You can process a Bank Wire withdrawal online by selecting Withdraw and entering the required bank details. Withdrawal clearance times
The amount of time that your withdrawal will take will vary depending on your withdrawal method. For full details relating to clearance times, please refer to our Payments Methods.
I can’t withdraw
In order to make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Visit our Verification (KYC) page for further information. You should also ensure that your payment details are up-to-date and have not expired. You can review and update your payment details on the Withdraw page.
If you receive a specific error code or on-screen message whilst attempting a withdrawal, please Contact Us quoting the error code or message so that we can resolve the issue for you.
I have not received my withdrawal
The processing time for your withdrawal will vary depending on your payment method.
You can view further information on withdrawal clearance times by visiting our Payment Method page. If you are unable to locate your withdrawal after the processing time has passed, please contact Bet365 Support.
NZ bank holiday withdrawal delays
Please be aware that Bank Wire and Card withdrawals may be delayed due to the NZ bank holidays. You can also withdraw using the Bet365 Mobile login.
